WAYS TO RECEIVE YOUR GOODS
There are three ways to receive your goods:
- You can collect the products(s) by all means. Please contact me beforehand
- Standard delivery with a courier service.
- Delivery with an install service if you opt for this service. This is usually for larger custom made products.
Majority of the products are made within a week. If there is a stock shortage, it can take up to 2-3 weeks. This does not happen often. You will be contacted if this is the case. After you order with us, your order will be confirmed via email. Once the order is booked for shipping, you will receive another email regarding shipping.
We aim to keep our delivery costs as low as possible, but our priority is to make sure the goods arrive with you safe and sound.
We do ship internationally but request that you email us with the products you require and location with postal/zip code so we can get the best price for you. If you live in the Far East, please get in touch for a quote on shipping.
Delivery times do not include the time it takes for your order to be made.
There will be no returns on custom orders (this includes, personalised notebooks & bookmarks, as well as any personalised messages on the back of the artwork).
You will receive a full refund minus shipping.
If the product(s) are damaged during delivery, you will need to send back the damaged product(s) and a replacement will be sent out.
Returns are at customers’ own expense and risk, we advise you use an insured, signed for service. Returns should be packaged carefully and returned to the address provided.
If products are ‘accidentally’ broken, this is a fault of your own and cannot be exchanged, replaced or refunded.
MADE TO ORDER PRODUCTS
We cannot refund or exchange made-to-order products. Due to the bespoke nature of the product(s) it is not possible to return these items.
We will contact you via email to confirm your order details are completely correct before we place the order is placed.
Please only order if you are sure that the product, design and finish are right for your needs as you may not be able to change the order after the item has entered into production.
If you require the artwork to be designed, you will be charged a design fee accordingly.
All artworks will be stamped or have ‘QM Design’ embossed or laser engraved on the back.
It is important to note that not all woods are the same. Pictures are for illustration purpose only. No two artworks are the same. There may be natural blemishes on the wood and may show up more when engraved upon. We will try our best to make sure clean plywood sheets are used but this cannot be promised as this is out of our hands when purchasing from timber yards.
