The Journey - Butterfly Mabkhara - Bakhoor Burner - Candle Holder - Incense Burner

After l released the Mabkahra/bakhoor burners last week, it got me thinking about making smaller ones at a lower price. As Covid looms over everyone and finances are tight for some, l don't want to distance people from buying the new designs.

As before, these have been tested and heat disperses really well like the taller ones.

I appreciate the traditional use of Mabkhara's, so my designs are made from wood with laser precision designs with an elegant motif made from European Walnut and the top handcrafted from English Oak.

You may wonder why 3 sides are engraved and a Motif on the back?

In Islam, accomplishing certain tasks in odd numbers is significant. Imam Tirmidhi mentions a Hadith in which The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ is reported to have said, “Certainly Allah is odd and loves that which is odd.” As for the Motif at the back, it reminds me of the round inscribed lettering on the doors of the Prophet ﷺ Masjid in Medina.

I wanted to move away from the traditional look and give the Mabkhara a modern look with a traditional feel and make them functional at the same time. You can also use them as a candle stand when not using to burn bakhoor.
